Locale: Biltmore Estates
May was an incredibly busy month. Receiving an inquiry to shoot at the Biltmore was something I could not pass up. I am always up for a destination shoot. My friend Ashton and I would head over early morning to arrive midday and scout locations. Y’all if you have never been to the Biltmore, it is a must see. Not just a beautiful home and gardens, the Biltmore is striving to preserve its history and leave an even greater legacy.
Ok back to why we were there. Michael and Stephanie would find me via social media. Oh am I so glad they did. They have the most charismatic personalities, and their love is so real and infectious. With it drizzling on and off all day, they were just as happy as if it were the most perfect weather. It also worked in our favor as the grounds were not full of guests. We would walk all over the gardens, do some dancing, and even catch a rare glimpse of the house with no one else there. We were questioning if this was even real life. It was a dream for all of us. You see this was their 7 year anniversary. They had honeymooned in Asheville, and to have this once in a lifetime chance to nearly have the Biltmore to ourselves was just incredible. Yes, I may have done a little dance and squealing.
Before I close I would love to share what these two amazing people are to a person they just met. They are light, they give joy and will just make everyone they meet fall in love with them. As Ashton and I headed home we chatted about how special Michael and Stephanie are. We wanted to bottle them up, and anytime someone was having a bad day or just needed a little Jesus, we would just sprinkle a little Michael and Stephanie on them.
They both are entrepreneurs, and I would love if you checked out their businesses and showed them some love. Stephanie is the queen of organization and home design.
