Mt. Juliet, TN | Nashville Wedding Photographer
We began to wonder if we would ever get Alexa’s bridal session done. After reschedules due to rain, we decided no matter what we were going to make it happen. So back up plan it was. Her Dad has a beautiful home with lots of natural light, so even if it was raining we would shoot there. Well when I arrived I was kind of sad it was raining, as his home has the most beautiful view of rolling hills with the city of Nashville in the distance.
Alexa’s Mom and grandmother came along to help her get ready. Her grandmother made a gorgeous bouquet. I couldn’t believe she made it. So talented. We would start the session in the house and her daughter would join us. And let me tell you these have become some of my all time favorite images. Just the quiet moments, just us girls. The look on her daughter’s face as she looks at her mom and tells her how beautiful she is. It was simply breathtaking.
As the rain let up, Alexa was brave enough to venture outside in her gown for me. And oh my gracious y’all, her Dad’s back yard was the perfect location for bridal portraits. With the rocks around the pool, to the pines along the edge. It just created the most beautiful backdrop. I will leave you with the photos so you can see for yourself that I truly do work with the most beautiful brides.
