The moment Skylar and I met, it was like finding a long lost friend. She and Eric are one of the coolest couples I have ever met. I mean I would show up to their engagement session and find a garage full of vintage cars. I was in heaven.

Their wedding would be just as amazing. They were so laid back. We would stroll the square and just enjoy the gorgeous sunshine. The day was a long time coming, and they were both just so ready.

Each detail of the day would reflect them. From donuts delivered for breakfast to the guys getting ready at the coolest barber shop. It would just be a day full of laughter, love, and food. Oh and secretly mixed in was Harry Potter. Skylar loves Harry Potter but didn’t want a themed wedding. So she would very strategically weave Harry Potter into the details. Paper flowers made from pages of the book, custom chocolates in themed shapes and a photo booth. Expecto… a fun wedding. Way to stupefy your guests, Skylar.

So many sweet moments I am not sure which ones to share. One of my favorites is Skylar dancing with her mom. Always there for her, it seemed so perfect they would have a dance just for them.

I literally walked through their day just saying “my heart is so happy”. Every person present was there to lift them up and celebrate a day long awaited.
